Hello List, We are on ARS6.3 with Helpdesk and Change Management modules. Needing B2B integrations using Web method with some other application.
Currently we are using Web services for some integrations for ticket creation/search purpose. How different it is from web service concept. Can you please provide some document on Web methods to implement this integration for Reading/Writing data of Remedy.
