Hi, How do I get hardware details into the Product Name field? I installed the DSL along with the updates (up to Update 8).??I have software - however I am not sure how to get the hardware data?into the Product Name field.?
Example: Product Categorizations Tier 1 Hardware Tier 2: Software Tier 3: Windows Product Name:? [A list should display of all windows hardware] Also when the Update data 8 instructed?to: Delete this entry (if it exists) from form "COM:Company Alias" that matches this criteria 'Company Alias*' = "- Global -"? AND 'Company ID*' = "CPY000000000015". Does this mean actually delete the CPY 15 entry - or modify the status to "delete?" for this entry?
