Do you have any attribute in AD that is set to some particular value, before a record is deleted in AD.
If yes you can create an intermediate form, having a table field based on vendor form on AD. This table field should check for this, delete attribute. After it you can do table looping to set status of records to "Delete" in people form. If you mark for deleted in AD and then run an escalation you can mark the Remedy entry for deletion. If you cannot do it this way if you can provide the qualification for does not exist in AD and then mark the Remedy entry for deletion you can. Remember that this escalation will run against all entries in Remedy and do a table scan in AD. -----Original Message----- From: Shafqat Ayaz <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG Sent: Tue, 14 Oct 2008 3:36 pm Subject: AD question ** Hi List A question on AD sync. Is it possible that when an account gets deleted in AD, it can be deleted in Remedy as well? Or can this be done only manually?
