That was a pain though. I had to pull down the Windows version of the
Email engine (got it from 7.1.0 patch 5 installers) and install that to
a box just so I could get the executable. (We run Sun Solaris unix here
so I didn't have any Windows Email Engines installed). Once I had it I
could copy it to my workstation. It was located in the \Program
Files\AR System\AREmail\{ServerName} directory.

It requires the arapi70 libraries, and when run against a v7.1.0
