Basically, I opted out before, but I started getting it again. I'm assuming they pull email addresses from the ARS List whether we signed up or not, and even if we opt out, when they harvest the email addresses here again, it apparently overwrites the opt out. That is where the violation takes place, in my opinion. Obviously, lawyers and such would be required to determine that for sure in court. However, it seems obvious to me that they are violating the opt out portion of the law.
