Hello list! I am wanting to create an approval process similar to the Change Management Chain. However, I want to escalate based on approver's title rather than max approval level. I tried creating successive rules that would a) Set char field 1 = assignee manager name b) set char field 2 = job title of person in char field 1 c) Completion rule ends when char field 2 is like "VP%" The process is unable to find the first approver though and I wasn't able to find anything useful in the logs. Any ideas?
