Actually, I got a response privately that indicated that flashboards are now
multi-tenancy aware and you need to choose a company on the console (since one
does not default in problem). It worked! Thanks again to that wonderfully
helpful lady.

Since there is no Error and You are able to see the Flashboard, This could be
because of the Qualification in the Flashboard Variables are not fetching any
data.
Probably check and make sure data exists for the Qualification in the Variables.

Subject: Problem dashboards empty

When I installed ITSM patch 7 (for 7.03), I now have Flashboards on the Problem
Manager consoles that appear, but contain no data. I cannot see anything wrong
with the flashboard, or the flashboard variables. The Incident Manager
consoles flashboards are fine. Has anyone else seen this, or something like it?

Thanks,

Anne Ramey
