Actually, I got a response privately that indicated that flashboards are now multi-tenancy aware and you need to choose a company on the console (since one does not default in problem). It worked! Thanks again to that wonderfully helpful lady.

I cannot see anything wrong with the flashboard, or the flashboard variables. The Incident Manager consoles flashboards are fine. Has anyone else seen this, or something like it?
