Hi List, I was trying to create record in one of the custom built forms on ARS 7 using Email parsing. I further have to relate this record with the actual Email sent i.e; with the email in Email Messages form. I tried using the Unique Identifier: field of Email Messages form as a GUID and found that the GUID created in Email Messages is different from the GUID created for my custom built form.
Is there any way I can relate the record created by the parsed Email with the actual Email sent? Appreciate your help!
