Hey All ~ I'm looking into developing workflow to alert a ticket
submitter when task and task group templates are associated to existing
Incident templates and I'm wondering if anyone has tackled this yet.
Seems odd that the functionality doesn't exist out of the box, unless
I'm overlooking it. I'm mulling over several different ideas but none
of them seem as clean as I want... Anyone want to share ideas?

Thank you in advance.
