Hello, In Remedy Alert, when an user receives an alert, selects it from the list and clicks on Open Alert List button, these two messages appears:
- Cannot create the COM object for AR System User. Returned error code is 0x80010005 - An error has happened in the start of AR System User session. Description of OLE automatization error: Cannot perform operation because the user has shut down the application Once the user clicks OK for each message, he can see the alert list form. Any idea about how to solve it?
