Hello Again, This is the flag I have added to the ar.cfg of the two servers in the group and it seems to work.
Map-IP-Address: <load-balancer_ip> <ARServer_ip> I have just been told that the user who is not receiving the Alerts connect to to the remedy server through a VPN!! Do I need to add the followings as well? I did look at how to configure Alerts in a LBE in the PDF manual and resolved an issue with users not receiving Alerts. However, some fellow worker called this morning from some remote building stating he and his group arent receiving them. Does anyone have the white paper on how to configure Alerts? There are few things I could check e.g ports, firewall etc but would like to read the paper first.
