Good morning, I decided to try going from patch 6 to patch 9, and found a strange bug and wanted to see if anyone else ran into this before.
Basically, we use AD authentication for Remedy, but do store all permissions and such in ARS. This has worked fine for my account in the past. However, with this patch, despite having the same access rights, the fact that I am not storing the password in the User form seems to prevent me from having admin rights. I was able to gain my admin rights back by storing a password in the User form. Has anyone else encountered this, and if so, what is a workaround?
