Hello everyone, Has anyone managed to manipulate the DVF that contains the main window and service catalogue funcionality in BMC Remedy SRM? Anyone would be so gentle to provide some guidance on where to find the java code in order to hide or disable the ADD TO CART button?
DVF functionality is powerful but it leaves you in very bad shape if you are not familiar with external programming languages, needless to say it is kind of odd that one cannot easily customize the application and it is an AR System based application, you expect to have direct full control of objects and workflow via Remedy Administrator.
