Thanks for the info William. We do have collector module. I am being told that both plugins CAN coexist and should be there.
It just doesn't feel right to me. I would think having the java based one makes the regular one unnecessary (notwithstanding William's observation that the java based one wasn't much stable for him) Anybody with ITSM 7 and SLM 7 including the collector module---can you please tell me if you are using either one or both on your armonitor.conf?
