* Support operations of Remedy version 7.x in support of a geographically distributed Enterprise Service Center for a large organization. * Knowledge of Remedy implementation on a UNIX platform, particularly Solaris. * Demonstrated knowledge of the Remedy 7 A/R, Asset, Problem, Incident, Change, and Service Level Management modules. * Senior level technical skills and Remedy knowledge as well as sound project management abilities. * Experience with the systems development life cycle (SDLC) and a structured development methodology such as CMMI. * 5-7 years experience implementing and supporting Remedy in a large, multi-site environment. * 3+ years experience in managing applications and infrastructure projects.
