Vladimiro, I have not reviewed that plugin specifically, but...
In v7.1 there is a new Java based plugin server. So if you can write some Java you likely could implement your own version of this tool from scratch. I actually had this exact problem (was implemented in v6.3 but not in v7.1) with another plug-in too. ( http://developer.bmc.com/communities/docs/DOC-992 ) However, I was able to re-implement the functionality in less than a weekend with my Java skills.
