Laurie, Sorry to hear that. I know that option gives the title bar of the window a dynamic name, but wasn't too sure how it would affect the windows list names.
There is no other option that I am aware of to the best of my knowledge. Maybe you could write up an RFE giving Remedy your business justification for it, and if its accepted you might be able to see that in future versions.
