Sorry to hear that. I know that option gives the title bar of the window a 
dynamic name, but wasn't too sure how it would affect the windows list names.

There is no other option that I am aware of to the best of my knowledge. Maybe 
you could write up an RFE giving Remedy your business justification for it, and 
if its accepted you might be able to see that in future versions.

Choose the customer name as the Request Identifier in the Form -> Current View 
-> Properties.

That should give each window title a distinct name..

I'm not sure if that will impact the Windows list but it might..

Is there a way for an admin to dynamically allow for a visual distinction 
between multiple open windows of the same form?  For instance; my users want to 
be able to pull down the Window menu in the WUT and see at a glance which open 
Incident window refers to which Customer...
