I'm currently running at about 10:1...and I'm nowhere near maxed out.  It
all depends on your floating users usage.  Typically your ratio needs to be
at least 3.5:1 to make it financially feasible to do Floating....but higher
ratios are better if you can get away with it.

As a rule of thumb, I've long used a ratio of floating user licenses to
people of four to one for the general population.  Anyone have an opinion on
