I will give the scenario A incident is created and then multiple incidents are created after that one and then related back to the original as a "duplicate". Then when the original is resolved thus resolving the rest of them it takes a long time and sometimes does not even resolve the original incident as well as the duplicates. I had one incident with 10 duplicates related to it and I resolved the original and after a day none of them are resolved. I have been working with BMC on this but no luck. Has anyone else had this issue. AR Server 7.1 patch 4, ITSM 7.03 patch 8 Unix Server, Oracle 10 DB. Let me know if any more information is needed or if this scenario does not make sense.
