You can use ITSM 7.01 with ARS 7.5 server. You need to be at ITSM 7.01 Patch 9 or higher and in order to use the 7.5 CMDB you will need to install the ITSM Atrium Compatability Patch 7.5. I have not seen the patch on the patch site. It may be bundled with the 7.5 Atrium Core install files.
