Need a local resource for WPAFB in Dayton, OH for a long term contract.
This is a backfill for someone who left.  Start date is ASAP.

 

DESCRIPTION:  

        Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) Suite 7.x, specifically the
Service Desk solution, including Incident & Problem Management,
Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB), Change Management and Service
Level Management within a large enterprise. Preferred candidate would
have an AF or DoD background, and fully understand service and problem
management within the IT environment and have experience
designing/translating requirements into ITSM business processes in
conjunction with the BMC tool.  Should have working knowledge of ITIL
and Service Support/Delivery philosophy.

REQUIRED SKILLS: 

        ITIL Foundational (V2 or V3) and/or BMC Remedy Certifications
desired 

         

        Strong interpersonal/communication/writing skills and ability to
effectively liaison with remote teams

         

        US Citizen

         

        Ability to acquire NAC

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:   

        BS Degree or equivalent experience

         

        IT Operations background

         

        BMC ITSM implementation experience

         

        Work flow/process design experience
