Hi Howard, It's been a couple of years since I attempted to add something to the Service Request to get pushed to the Incident, and never managed to get through the spaghetti of code that does the "create event" and creates the Incident.. I ended up adding a field to the SR and then pushing that field to the incident after incident creation, and bypassing the push-to-incident guides completely. It is possible to implement this workaround because an incident number does get referenced in the SR during incident creation, and you can backtrack to the field you want to push using the entry ID. And as you say, BMC is not going to help you do it any more elegantly. _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org Platinum Sponsor: RMI Solutions ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are"
