ARS - 7.1 patch 006 ITSM 7.0.3 I have an escalation that runs in the morning to notify Incident Assignees that their tickets have not been modified in the last 7 days if the Modified Date is older than 7 days and the Status < Resolved.
This works fine. A separate email gets sent to each assignee for each ticket. Now the bosses want to be notified as well. What is the best way to create and send a compilation report of all the users to one person. I have looked at making templates or pushing data to the email messages form but all of the examples (4-24 on page 100) seem to show how to send out a single record email. Will the Qualification field in the Variable Replacement tab accept a qualification that returns more than one record? I assume at that point I need to feed it into a Content template. Will the template have a problem? Of course, with the email gateway down at the moment I am having a hard time testing this. But if anyone knows it works and can let me know, I won't be wasting my time when email comes back up.
