Flight Deck is a BMC BSM solutions image used by field and training personnel 
to demonstrate solutions like ITSM.  I've not heard of it being made available 
without a proof-of-concept (POC) or other Sales oriented exercise occurring - 
but you'd need to work with a BMC Sales representative in any case to go down 
such a path.
