Hello, When Remedy Alert pop up appears on the screen and the button "Open alert list" is pressed, Remedy Alert window keeps on the front on the screen and BMC User appers in the back. The only way to log into Remedy User to see the alerts is displacing the Remedy Alert window. I have tested with 6.3 and 7.0 version and happens the same.
Any idea to resolve it?
