Dennis, Thanks for your response.Previously we were using AR Server 6.3 Patch 10. One thing more I would like to update thatwe are using Weblogic 8.1 sp4. After upgradation to AR Server 7.0.1 Patch 10 we have been receiving ARERROR 9130 continously. Foolowing is that errr message in the arerror.log: An exception occurred from the WebService class : Service specific exception: com.bellsouth.sa.istm.exceptions.ISTMException: No matching service, action combination (ARERR 9130) So could you suggest what could be the resolution? If prior to patch 4 you may have run into the same namespace issues we did. In upgrading beyond 6.3 patch 4 Remedy changed how they are handling web service namespaces. We had to update our web services and workflow to include namespace. We also ran into issues when upgrading to 7.01 with a 202 response from the remote web service due to changes in how Axis handles a 202. If your external publisher is returning a 202, you may want to view the following BMC bugs: SW00317534 - 7.5 patch 1 SW00317525 - 7.1 patch TBD SW00311358 -- 7.0.1 patch TBD The circumvention we implemented on the 202 response was to replace the 7.0.1 axis.jar file with the one from the 6.3 installation. We are using this in production with no issues. Hope this helps!
