Job Purpose Responsibilities for the REMEDY Consultant will involve the design, customization, integration and delivery of the Global IT Service Management (ITSM) system, based upon BMC REMEDY v7.5, to be used throughout the organization. It is therefore important that the candidate has a solid understanding of BMC REMEDY solutions and is familiar with the customization of their products, particularly ITSM 7. The candidate will work as part of a Global project team, situated across various offices and regions and therefore this person must be used to working as part of a geographically disperse team.
