Hello people, I am having a strange problem using Remedy Alert.
1. The Remedy Alert window indicating about a new incident assigned or so, appears on the screen. 2. Once "Open Alert List" button is clicked, Remedy User is opened behind the Remedy Alert Window and there is no way to bring the Remedy User Login Window to the front. The configuration is: AR Server 6.3 last patch Remedy Alert 7.0.0 Any idea?
