Shame on me... that helped. Here is something that I noticed though - I can change the css file but I have to keep the Definition Location the same, even if the css file has a different name. Otherwise the css file is not found and the Request Entry console is displayed without any styles applied. For example:
Definition Location: SRMSServiceRequestBrowser:resources/css/list-services.css Name of css file: list-services-mod.css ...will work but Definition Location: SRMSServiceRequestBrowser:resources/css/list-services-mod.css Name of css file: list-services-mod.css will not work. Guess there is an explanation for this..
