Todd, If you are looking to just report on a date range, there is an out of the box report for that in your Report Console.
Also, you can do an advanced search and do like: 'Submit Date' > "04/28/2009 12:00:00 AM" and 'Submit Date' < "04/29/2009 12:00:00 AM" There are many options. Is that what you were looking for? For example, we want to know how many incidents were created between 7:00 PM and 9:00PM during a given week or month. I am not seeing any "time" field to use in the query on the incident form and wanted to check to see if I am just missing it or if there is another way to accomplish the report. My first thought is to add a Time field to the Incident form and populate past Incidents with the time but am wondering if that is the best way to go.
