We are currently using the Analyzer and Abydos Designer. You usually hear more about the Analyzer than you do about Abydos Designer. The Designer is the perfect tool for automating ITSM process and service provisioning without the need for coding. This tool sits right on top of the ITSM Suite (or your custom app) and is perfect for automating things like: Employee Entry-Exit process, Asset lifecycle management and Service Request Management.
If you are looking for a way to automate the creation of transactions that require multiple ticket creation, and conditional branching based on request outcomes - this tool should be considered.
