Sorry we are on AIX 5.3 with Oracle 10g.   I ran the commands as
requested and this is what I got back:

Is it common for it to tell me that it cannot find a file but then
when I do ls -l on the file it appears.  I'm going to change the
permissions on that one file, will I have to then do a reinstall?
