They are not since it is internal proprietary information of BMC and is subject to change between versions. What may be understood on version 6.3 can be completely changed for version 7.
I believe there are some special Run Process commands to translate the info (I have never had the need to use them but they should be documented in the manuals). Something like Application-Parse-?????? and Application-Format-????????????
