Hello List, I am curious if I am the only person trying to use this functionality. :-) I need to add maintenance schedules to CI's, and have them automatically create change requests (via change templates) based on the schedule type/frequency. BMC said this functionality is not currently available - ITSM Patch 8 due in Feb 2010 will incorporate this features.
Has anyone gotten Change Requests automatically genereated via Maintenance Schedules attached to CI's?
