Hi list. I'm making some tests concerning the Assigned Group on Change Requests. The last test I took is concerning the "Earliest Start Date" field. According to the workflow, I assume that this field must take the next earliest day/hour related to the Group assigned Calendar, since the qualification of the AL is an "Application-Bus-Time-Add" between this field and the "Lead Time" field. The strange thing is that if the $SERVERTIMESTAMP$ is on the interval we defined to the group's calendar, the field is filled with the actual day/hour. But if I change the Group's Calendar to an hour outside the $SERVERTIMESTAMP$ the AL adds 3 hours (the 3 is the Offset unit "hour" from the PROCESS Command) to that field, instead of checking how many hours should be calculated according to the Group's Calendar.
Anyone has seen this before? Is there any Defect created by BMC?
