Hi all, Because of the improvements in Mid Tier 7.5, we're wondering about the possibility of using it with our 7.1 server. So far, it seems to work well for normal user work. However, due to the change in the web service architecture in Remedy 7.5, I'm wondering if the new Mid Tier will support the old web services for the 7.1 environment so that we could use it as a drop-in replacement. Does anyone know if the 7.5 Mid Tier will support web services for a 7.1 AR Server like the old 7.1 Mid Tier did? Any other caveats that I ought to be aware of?
