If you are on UNIX you can write a cron job to delete the contents of the cache 
subfolder in the Mid-Tier installation directory.

If you are on Windows, a batch job to delete the same run as a scheduled task 
can do the same thing..

On deletion of this, any attempt to login into the AR Server from a WEB client 
will generate the new cache..
