Bhupesh, Have you refreshed the mid-tier cache after creating the Active Link?
If yes to the above, do you have any restrictions on the Active Link that restricts it for firing for certain $CLIENT-TYPE$ ?? But on user/web tool, it is not firing. There is no run if qualification so no question of failure. All other things are working fine. Also, nothing is coming in Logs as well for above scenario.
