Thanks Candace and Lyle for the information.  I just wanted to verify that it 
was empty, and it looks like it's either legacy workflow or something that they 
started to work on but didn't finish development on.

Mine is empty too.  If I recall correctly, though, much of the approval 
workflow is system-maintained.  Whether or not it has something in it may 
depend on how the approval engine is configured.

I would appreciate it if someone else on 7.1 of the Approval Engine could 
either send me a DEF file or tell me what are the contents of the Approval 
Filter Guide "AP:Workflow Notifications Guide".  I show that there are no 
filters in it, and that it's been that way for a while.  I'm curious if this is 
how it is out of the box, or if there is a problem with something on my side.
