Flashboards is IE - and if you have a proxy or isa server is slows stuff down, but also.. Mid-tier OOB is slow in general, and should be tweaked in the memory / heap area. I have seen extreamly fast responses in the past with this being changed. Just a thought... If your system has the ram to work it.
