Thad, I almost thought its the perfect solution that i was looking for, but unfortunately "Delete" is not one of the Form Action there. (It has Modify\Modify All etc) Also the manual says its used in Web Applications\Mid-tier. I think, I end up creating a custom button and custom workflow to do this operation. Anyway that's for the Inputs. Thanks, Viswanathan Balakumar (VB) Remedy Consultant Column Technologies Cell:678-447-5325 Email:vbalaku...@columnit.com <mailto:vbalaku...@columnit.com>

You can add these fields to your form via the Admin tool. With your form open, select Form > Form Action Fields (its the bottom item on the menu), then select the fields you want to control. Once they are on your form, you can use Active Link Change Fields to enable/disable them as desired. Thad Esser Remedy Developer "Now... Is it possible to do so? I remember I have done something similar; but not remembering it right now. Thank you!!
