I have a Remedy Admin position involving minor enhancements and some lite 
scripting. It is a large company looking to hire immediately. The position is a 
6 month temp to perm, with the full intention to hire permanently after the

Must Haves:

?- GC or citizen

?- A minimum of 2 years experience but preferably 3+

?- Work developing and supporting Remedy ARS? - Action Request System (6.3 or 
greater as they are using version 7x)

?- Custom form development

?- Linux Platform (Solaris could be ok if sharp with all the other requirements)

?- Oracle knowledge on the back-end

?- PERL scripting (to bridge gap between Oracle and Remedy)

?- help desk support (good on phone/communicating)

This person will be a tier 1 to tier 3 helpdesk support for the Remedy team.? 
The customer is using Remedy ARS (Action Request System) and experience on 
versions 6.3 or 7.x are needed.? He/she will be performing minor enhancements 
to the Remedy application, which include: adding fields, creating tabs, adding 
menus, adding notifications.? Minor enhancements are also referred to as 
"custom form development."? He/she will also be performing some light scripting 
with Perl so the Oracle database and Remedy application can communicate 
correctly if they are not syncing properly.? 80% of the job will be these 
enhancements and the other 20% will be general troubleshooting and some 
patching or updates
