The InfoManager Application is used for Change Management and Problem Management Reporting called PMR's. Application failures on the mainframe auto-create PMR's. We are planning to replace the Change Management function within our Remedy ARS 7.5 platform and investigating alternatives to replace the PMR functionality with a direct interface between the Mainframe and our Remedy Infrastructure.
