I THINK the issue is resolved. I deleted a Pending job run for the Atrium
Explorer - Identification and Merge job. Not sure why there was an empty
pending run. The Promote Sandbox Changes doesn't come up now. I'll keep
you updated as I do further testing.

Thanks Jason for giving me that tip.

Hi again,

Great stuff, thanks.

Now, I am not sure if my reply post on ARSList made it to you but here is
what I also sent you yesterday:

I had a similar issue. To resolve my particular issue I had to delete some
"queued" jobs in the 'Reconciliation Job Run' (RE:Job_Runs) form with a Job
Name of "Atrium Explorer - Identification and Merge". For some reason there
were 3 queued jobs. Once these were deleted, Atrium Explorer no longer
showed the promotion.

Perhaps check your 'Reconciliation Job Run' form and see if you have any
queued jobs sitting there for "Atrium Explorer - Identification and Merge".
Try deleting the queued jobs and go back into Atrium Explorer and see if it
has resolved your problem.

Cheers,
