Have you tried increasing the Java heap size for Developer Studio? Go to the devstudio.ini file in the install directory (something like C:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\DeveloperStudio\devstudio.ini) and increase the max memory allocated. -vmargs -Xms128m -Xmx1024m <-- this is the value to increase You must keep the memory to a proportion (~70%) of the free memory available, so increase it by small amounts. We've not seen any other errors. Both the app and the web server were restarted. The error message says to look in the "read me" file but there was no read me file in the zip file with the product or in the 7.5 documentation zip that we could find. Any help as to where to go to find out about this error would be appreciated. Thanks!!
