I will not answer. 2. Remedy 7.5 is not the tool for this.. Foundation Discovery, TideWay(now the new BMC product) - this does discoveries, Depending on what Security will allow you to do... Be Aware... SNMP V3 is Still not availible for ANY BMC products.. (this is a stab at BMC to stimulate an engineering marval of using snmpv3 which has been out for 10 years)... 3. Remedy does integrate with hp node manager for autoopen and close of the tickets. no sure how the integration to BAC would be yet.. I will await the list. are you also looking at insight, hp reporter, and ucmdb? just wondering. 1. Is there anyway to integrate Remedy 7.5 with Control-M? If yes, are there any BMC customers that has this running in their production environment? (For example, if a Change or unexpected equipment outage happens in a certain time and if it will impact existing Control-M jobs, can Remedy 7.5 be used to alert the Control-M job owner? 2. In Remedy 7.5, are there any functions that allows for auto discovery of servers, applications and databases etc in a network? 3. Can Remedy 7.5 integrate with a HP monitoring tool, the HP Business Availability Center (BAC)? Thanks! Kaye NOTICE The information contained in this email is confidential.
