I'm running ARS6.3 and HD5.5 on Solaris. I don't think HD5.6 runs the RAPP service I know HD5.5 doesn't. I actually have a test instance of ARS7.5 and HD5.6 running. I haven't tested extensively but email is working and basic ticket creation is working. Basically I'm looking for the HD5.5 to HD5.6 upgrade script so I don't have to manually bring my customizations into HD5.6. The HD5.6 documentation indicates that it should be there. I just thought someone on the list might have a copy of it. Mark

Our plan as of now is to upgrade to ARS7.5 and install HD5.6 on top of that. At this point in time that should work well for us.
