Hi everyone, we're upgraded our Mid-Tier from 7.1.00 Patch 005 to Mid-Tier from 7.1.00 Patch 8. For some reason BMC Remedy Mid Tier - Configuration Tool still shows me Mid-Tier Version 7.1.00 Patch 005.
