ARS 6.3 Patch 22 Support Build, MidTier 6.3 Patch 22, Sun Solaris 10, Oracle 9i RAC Database(2 nodes), 5 Active Directory Servers. We have been having slow response and hanging for about a week.
Nothing is showing in the API, Plug-In, API or Escalation logs ARERR [8922]: The authentication service is not responding. Cannot connect to the system at this time.
