does your system (os) actually have physical memory availible? IF it does then change the setting below with the following flags. -Xmx256m -Xms256m --> TO --> -Xmx1024m -Xms1024m this will help, but you will also need to ensure you have a Free 1.5 to 2.0 Gig availible.
